Starting from an early age Ingrid has had a passion for animals, and the study Animal Management at the Van Hall Institute made perfect sense. Improving the welfare of animals and the relationship between man and animal were central focal points. After working in Borneo and at the Singapore Zoo Ingrid found her way into the Dutch business community. Here she managed the daily operations of an online marketing organization. After 11 years though she wanted to follow her heart again and do what she love most, animal welfare. In June 2019 Ingrid started working for Bears in Mind, hoping to realize many inspiring projects.
